To insure accuracy in ordering, please include the following information in your order:
- Art number (with the reference of catalogue/website)
- Quantity
- Product description
- Price, if already agreed
- Complete billing and shipping address
- Bank address and account number in case DA or LC
- Special instruction if any e.g. etching, packing, method of shipping
- There is no Minimum quantity requirements for stocked items (Ask us Before Ordering)
- Minimum quantity requirements for non stock items mainly depends on product and your requirements so contact us with product details and your requirements
- No handling charges on an order amount/quantity.
- All prices listed in our price list are EXW in US$ unless specified.
- You can ask for quotation in Euro & GBP or any other desired currency our bank accept.
- On purchasing in any other currency, current exchange rate at the time of order will apply
- Quotation & Acceptance of Orders:
Upon receipt of order / Inquiry, we will forward quotation or order acknowledgement with following information:

- Possible Discount
- Transport coast
- Delivery time
- Terms of payment
- Payment:
- For new customers 100% Advance before shipment but it could be in parts, like 10% to confirm order and start production while 75% upon documents before shipping. On successful business of 2 years on the Credit Facility May be Granted (conditions will apply).
- For Invoice Below 1000$ Remittance (intermediate bank) charges US$ 45 will be for your account, we must Receive Net Invoice Value.

- Delivery / Shipping Policy:
Upon receipt of your payment, your order will be shipped within deliver time stated in our order acknowledgement.
All shipments are shipped to destination as per agreed terms & conditions. In case of shipment based on FOB, CIF, CIP, C&F, D/A, CAD, the freight charges can be adjusted in the invoice separately either it requires per air /sea freight through air/sea lines or through couriers such as FedEx, DHL, UPS, Data Post (EMS, SAL and AIR) etc. or any other courier as per customer’s demands.

Our products and services will always meet or exceed your specification- in fact Each instrument is guaranteed for the life of the instrument to be free from manufacturer defects. Our instruments are being manufactured with ultimate care and keeping in view the value of Life therefore 100% guaranteed. Any instrument determined to be defective will be replaced at no charge.
If you are not satisfied with the product for any reason, as long as it is still in perfect/re-sellable condition, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a Full Refund (minus any shipping or handling charges). as well as you have to bear returning cost including Customs and Duty and Taxes to be paid in Pakistan.
